Hand/Foot reflexology is based on massage techniques that puts pressure on various reflex points around your hands/feet.

The belief is that these points correlate to different body parts and that massaging the variou points has the anility to relieve symptoms in other areas of the body.

The treatments are completely safe and gentle as the body will unwind and release the pressure with sustained soft tissue manipulation.

The areas being worked may not be near where you feel the pain originating by releasing trigger points until tension is released will affect a broad section of your muscular system

You will be asked questions about symptoms and a short physical assessmenton will be made on how your jaw and neck moves.

A treatment pogramme will be discussed along with any exercises that you can do at home to help releive symptoms
